Thanks to required membership registration, it is possible to track and report in aggregated and anonymous format 20 data points for each CCO member including major demographic and traffic data. CCO also utilizes these data for continuous quality review and improvement of its educational programs. Additionally, CCO's unique Member Central program and database with its analytic capabilities allow CCO to refine the manner in which data are grouped and reviewed.

CCO has developed a straightforward approach to reporting quarterly and annual metrics that accurately reflect the actual utilization and readership activity on the CCO portals and at live meetings by its physician and other healthcare professional members. CCO does not report non-registered member traffic data. The data that are provided are therefore designed to help understand the true reach, distribution, and utilization of each CCO program.
